La Luna is a 3 story, architecturally designed home with direct access to the beach.

As you park your car in the double lock up garage and enter the home you can't help but be drawn in by the impressive burnished concrete floor, Byron Bay basalt rock wall enveloping a larger fireplace and opening onto the outdoor area which is an entertainers delight.

From the kitchen you can see the heated pool and watch your family in the spa all while watching the cricket on the bespoke out door TV recessed into the cedar.

The outdoor BBQ, seating and bar fridge allows you to sit and enjoy the outdoors in comfort whilst listening to the ocean. The outdoor shower amongst the giant bird of paradise is also the perfect way to relax after returning to the beach or following a dip in the pool.

A short stroll to the back gate and you can access the beach.

The second level has 4 bedrooms and an office with two bathrooms. Built in robes and A/C make the rooms the perfect retreat at the end of the day.

The 3rd level provides a premium experience for guests and the ultimate retreat. The master bedroom faces East with large sliding doors opening onto a spacious deck. The sound of the ocean is magic and is the perfect sound each night as you go to sleep. With a TV, fireplace, huge walk in robe and double shower ( plus concrete bath ) the master bedroom is the perfect space for a relaxing holiday.

In additional, the 3rd level also as a 67 sq/m office or entertainment room with its own kitchen and bathroom.

This allows you to keep the 3rd level to yourself enjoying the master bedroom and the using the "ManCave" for yourself all conveniently on one level leaving the bottom 2 levels to the kids or using it for a family movie night.

The 3 levels and thoughtful design ensures that everyone gets their own space to enjoy their holiday and make memories to last a lifetime.
