The hallway leads down to the lounge, dining room with concrete floors and stunning cantilever feature fireplace, the chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry features luxurious stone and marble benchtops, Teppanyaki island with multizone induction cooktop, Dual Wolf ovens, integrated fridges and automated cabinetry.
Surrounded by a tropical private setting, The Sanctuary provides a relaxing space to prepare and enjoy meals in the undercover alfresco area, you can also step out to the beauty of the landscaped garden from this space. Find a spot by the swimming pool, enjoy a morning coffee outdoors or prepare a BBQ lunch to enjoy.
Upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms all located on the first floor. Bedroom 3 and 4 are a Queen Bed and share a bathroom complete with a bath, toilet and rain shower. Bedroom 2 has a private Ensuite complete with a bath, shower and toilet. In addition, a private study is on hand on this same level further down the hall. The glamour continues up a few additional stairs into the Master Bedroom that showcases a “Christopher Guy” Californian King Bed 2mx2m and sliding doors lead to a private balcony to take in the sounds of the ocean.
