Rentals
Yes. You can browse available properties and book directly through our website. Bookings are instantly placed, with final confirmation processed upon receipt of your deposit.
The maximum number of guests staying overnight must not exceed the capacity advertised on the property listing. Unauthorised additional guests may incur extra charges or lead to booking termination.
Pet policies depend on the specific property. Please filter by Pet Friendly on our website or check individual listing details before completing your booking.
Payments
We accept payments via:
Direct Bank Deposit into our NAB Trust Account
Credit Cards (MasterCard & Visa) via our secure gateway (a standard credit card surcharge applies)
Bank Cheque / Money Order
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total stay amount must be paid within 2 days of booking to secure your reservation.
Final Balance: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in (or 60 days prior for peak holiday periods).
Short-notice Bookings: Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require 100% full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to change dates or cancel your stay, please contact us immediately via email at info@kingscliffholidayhomes.com.au.
More than 30 days before check-in: Deposit refunded minus a $100 administration fee.
Less than 30 days before check-in: Non-refundable, unless the property can be re-let for the exact same dates.
Third-Party Bookings: Stays booked via Airbnb, Stayz, or Booking.com are subject to the specific cancellation terms of those platforms.
Check-In & Stay Details
Check-in: 2:00 PM on your arrival date.
Check-out: 10:00 AM on your departure date.
(Late check-outs must be pre-approved by management and may incur additional fees.)
We do not offer direct transfer services; however, Gold Coast Airport (OOL) is only a short 15-minute drive from Kingscliff. Our team can assist with recommendations for local taxis, rideshares, or rental car options.
