pathway with only a few steps to a protected nature reserve on the beach which stretches along
endless, undulating white sandy dunes. You will be wishing you could stay longer!

The Space

Let your senses dream on you could be in Italy, Tuscany or Spain enjoying your precious time in a
beautiful home fully appointed with Santorini quartzite benchtops, Italian marble floors, outdoor
Travertine from Turkey, custom made cabinetries and new furnishings.
Enjoy or a relaxing stroll along the boardwalk and through the coastal dunes, cycle along paths in the
nature reserve on beachfront or back for a soothing soak in the magnesium swimming pool and a
revitalising dip in the Sea.
Hear the ocean’s soothing hush on entering the front gate as the rejuvenating yet calming waves softly
reach the shore. Tranquil sea breezes all surround Casa Villa 24/7 and envelop the decadent new
exterior and interior decor displays of soft greens, blues and earthy tones which blend beautifully with
a garden of aromatic scents of herbs flowers and olive trees.

open plan lounge has a 55-inch Smart T.V/Soundbar, two leather couches and looks out to an enticing
magnesium swimming pool and luscious landscaped gardens. The ground level also has four large
beautifully appointed bedrooms and two new bathrooms (one includes laundry appliances).
* The upper-level has a new kitchen/dining area with captivating displays of Santorini marble and
timbers, a dining suite seating 6 and adjoins the open-plan lounge room with a leather suite seating 5-
6 guests. Unwind with an 85-inch Sony Smart TV and sound Bar or sit on the back deck overlooking
the tranquil pool and inviting covered courtyard. The upper floor also has a private master bedroom
with ensuite and a second queen size bedroom.
* All areas are perfectly designed for a relaxing casual get together to cherish unforgettable memories
with family and friends. The home is fully fenced so you can relax while the children play in and
around the property’s lovely grassed and cool paved areas.

local Cafe, a bottle shop or for an array of eating places at Salt Village Kingscliff like Thai, Indian,
Seafood and Mexican. Only 2 mins south you can find prize winning exotic Thai Dishes at Santai
Spice Den Restaurant as well as Coles Casuarina, Pizza and Sushi.

A 10 mins drive or 25 minutes by bicycle to Cudgen Creeks Great fishing spots, water paddling, a dip
