The light-filled open-plan living and dining area flows effortlessly outdoors to your own private oasis. Step out to a sparkling 15-metre pool, complete with sun lounges perfect for soaking up the sun. Unwind in the hot stone sauna, then enjoy long, leisurely meals in the undercover alfresco entertaining area, which features a built-in BBQ and an elegant outdoor dining setting for eight — ideal for sunset dinners and social gatherings.
Just steps away, less than 10 metres from the kitchen via a covered walkway, you’ll find the newly renovated shed — a versatile space offering two semi-private sleeping zones, each with a cozy queen bed and divided by a stylish partition wall. The open-plan layout is perfect for a teen or kids’ retreat, with a ping pong table, reclining couches, and a large-screen TV to keep everyone entertained in their own zone.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the main house, the renovated shed with two queen beds, the 15-metre pool, sauna, and the outdoor entertainment area, including the undercover BBQ zone and dining space.
You’re also more than welcome to enjoy the sprawling main oval — a perfect spot to kick the footy, play soccer, or simply stretch out and relax in the open air.
While there are a few neighbouring guests, they are wonderful, respectful, and incredibly welcoming — adding to the relaxed, community feel of the space without compromising your privacy.
Other things to note
The property is best suited to ADULTS and families with older children, as we have a big open dam in the middle of the property.
